Amendment C192 (Implementation of the Commercial Activity Centres Strategy)

The proposed Amendment applies to land generally within the commercial/ business areas of Greater Shepparton.

The proposed Amendment updates the Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) and Activity Centre Zone to implement the recommendations of the Commercial Activity Centres Strategy, November 2015.

An Independent Planning Panel was requested to review proposed Amendment C192 to the Greater Shepparton Planning Scheme and all submissions received during exhibition of the Amendment.

A request has been made to the Minister for Planning, and granted, for the Panel Hearings for Amendment C192 and Amendment C193 will be combined.

The Directions Hearing will be held:
