Business Centre Services
Here are some details of the range of services offered at the Greater Shepparton Business Centre:
Reception and Secretarial Support
In order for the tenants to offer a personalised service, the Centre supplies a reception service to answer your phone, when you are absent or busy meeting or directing your clients, message taking, mail collection and franking facilities. Extra secretarial services are available at a moderate cost.
Business Support
Support for new businesses is available through the manager and sponsors in marketing, legal, accounting and retailing. The Centre promotes and conducts training in business related areas for the tenants and for the business community as a whole.
Office Space
The Greater Shepparton Business Centre makes available office space for beginning and emerging small businesses in the Greater Shepparton region. Modern office space is varied to suit your size and type of business. A reception/secretarial service is provided for tenants enabling a more personalised contact point for their organisation. Photocopying and fax facilities are available on a user pays basis. The office area has heating and cooling facilities. All tenants have 24 hour access to the main building and to their work space.
Light Industrial Facilities
The Centre provides areas for light industrial enterprises with large and small door access, concrete floors and roller doors giving easy access for vehicles. The units are equipped with three-phase power and fluorescent lighting. As with the office suites, a reception/secretarial service is provided for tenants enabling a more personalised contact point for your organisation. Photocopying and fax facilities are available at reasonable rates. All tenants have 24 hour access to the main building and to their work space.
Meeting and Training Facilities
The Centre provides, at no cost to the tenants, a meeting room accommodating approximately eight people for round table conferences. For a small fee there is a larger boardroom that can be used for a corporate get-together, product launch or small training session.
The Greater Shepparton City Council is keen for the Centre to be a resource for the general business community and is encouraging all businesses and organisations to use our excellent training and meeting spaces. The training room will comfortably seat 25 people at tables and approximately 40 in theatre style format. A tenant charge rate is by arrangement.
