Greater Shepparton City Council has been working on a draft Public Toilet Strategy, to plan for improvements to our public toilet facilities and related infrastructure over the next 10 years.

This strategy focuses on:

  • public toilet locations
  • safety
  • universal access
  • quality
  • cleaning and maintenance
  • environmental sustainability
  • cost.

If you've read the draft strategy, we would like to hear your feedback on:

  • Opening hours for public toilets
  • Deciding when to refurbish, replace, or remove public toilets

Topics such as building materials, construction, and cleaning are not part of this particular consultation.

Submissions can be made online using the form below, or:

  • at the Council offices, 90 Welsford Street, Shepparton (either at reception, or placed in the after-hours box next to the front doors)
