Local Laws staff are responsible for the management and enforcement of issues and activities covered by the Council's Local Laws.

In This Section
In this section you will find information about animal registration, dealing with dangerous dogs, keeping extra dogs and/or cats, livestock on roads, and our new "Lost Animals" and "Pets for Sale" sections.
In this section, you will find a summary of information about fire prevention, reporting abandoned vehicles, busking, getting permission for events and activities, use of incinerators and applying for permits to burn.
In the Shepparton CBD there are approximately 1,137 metered on-street parking bays, 457 time restricted on-street parking bays, 572 unrestricted on-street parking bays, 335 ticketed off-street parking bays, and 829 free off-street parking bays.
