Councillor Cherie Crawford lives in Mooroopna and has been involved in local government for many years.

She has served as a Councillor at the Shire of Rodney and been the Commissioner at Moira Shire Council.
She has also served as the President of the Victorian Local Government Women's Association.
Cr Crawford has also been President of the Mooroopna Football Club and the Secretary and Treasurer of the Goulburn Valley Racehorse Trainers Association.
Cr Crawford holds a Bachelor of Arts and an Associate Diploma of Social Sciences.
