The Customer Service call centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.15am-5.00pm.

The Customer Service payment counter is open Monday to Friday 9am – 4.00pm.

Our office is closed on Public Holidays.

Council offers a free telephone interpreting service.

The (MILS) Multilingual Information Line Service is a free telephone service that provides access to a range of Council information through pre-recorded messages or connection to an interpreter and one of Council’s Citizens Service Officers.

Pre-recorded information is available in Arabic, English, Dari and Sudanese.
