Council seeks business input into Commercial Activity Centres Strategy

Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking input from traders and business owners to assist with the Commercial Activity Centres Strategy.

Business owners are invited to complete a short survey to find out the existing performance of commercial centres in Greater Shepparton and identify any potential opportunities to support business growth and development.

The survey forms part of a comprehensive consultation exercise undertaken by Council and its consultants for the Commercial Activity Centres Strategy.

Colin Kalms, Planning Manager said, ‘this is a great opportunity for businesses to have their say on how the centres are currently functioning, and outline key aspects Council need to consider as part of the future planning and development of its centres’.

The Commercial Activity Centres Strategy will guide Council when making future planning decisions for commercial development throughout Greater Shepparton.

Access to the survey can be obtained via the following link.

Business owners are encouraged to complete the survey before Friday 29th August 2014.
