Draft Shepparton and Mooroopna 2050: Regional City Growth Plan Session 3
The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA), in partnership with Council, has prepared the Growth Plan to inform and guide the sustainable development of Shepparton and Mooroopna over the next 30 years.
