Evening Unwind & Healthy Living Series

Want to destress? Feel more energised? Try our 45 minute gentle yoga class that will combine mindfulness, vinyasa flow, breathing and meditation to create a wonderful way to wind down and renew yourself. Follow up your relaxed state with a 45 minute nutrition and health education session giving you access to valuable nutrition information, in addition to practical lifestyle tips.
