Evening Unwind & Healthy Living Series

Ever feel wound up or exhausted at the end of the work day? Wish you felt more grounded and energised when you get home for tea and the evening ahead? Try our 45 minute gentle yoga class that will combine mindfulness, vinyasa flow, breathing and meditation to create a wonderful way to wind down and renew yourself after work. The Healthy Living Series gives you access to valuable nutrition information, in addition to practical lifestyle tips. With topics covering the most important health topics to ensure that you and your family grow and age gracefully. The Healthy Living Series is a way to refresh the way that you think about food and will include a light snack.
