CANCELLED: CFA-VFBV State Firefighter Championships

PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. The 2020 CFA VFBV State Firefighter Championships in March at the Mooroopna Recreation Reserve will be a celebration of CFA.

These Championships are a unique event in the life of CFA where the Urban Senior and Rural Senior and Junior Championships will run concurrently over 28 and 29 March. Over 4000 members of the CFA family are expected to attend. CFA particularly welcomes members of the community to come along and enjoy this event.

There will be a large CFA corporate presence to bring to members products and services that will be informing, interactive and engaging. Members will be able to attend a range of health & well- being sessions, undertake training drills, check out the latest designs for fire stations, see the latest in out appliances and much more.

On Saturday and Sunday there will be a craft and farmers market for all to enjoy. There will also be dedicated space for childrens activities including face painting and games.

The Championships will host a large open area featuring food vans and caterers and that will provide seating to enjoy meals and an opportunity to sit, relax and catch up with new and old friends.

The CFA VBFBV Championship weekend offers something for everyone, that its entertaining, informative and, importantly, it’s a celebration of CFA.
