Hoopercise

A ridiculously fun way to get fit for all ages! Hoopercise burns mega calories. It tones arms, legs and butt and gives you a dance based, sweaty cardio workout. The sessions are structured to cater to all levels and employ a teaching technique which begins with foundations and builds - offering variations to challenge those who are ready for it.
