Lunch Time Yoga
Yoga is a great way of getting fit and finding some serenity in a hectic busy world, with practice it can help with your focus on strength, flexibility and bodily control. Each class goes for one hour, approximately 50 minutes of asanas and 10 minutes of relaxation at the end of the class to calm the mind.
