No Lights No Lycra
No Lights No Lycra is coming to Shepparton! On the 1st Wednesday from July - November you're invited to get down to The Vault for a lights out dance session. The best part? It's absolutely free! Just bring yourself, some comfy clothes and your best moves! At each month's session there will be an opportunity to donate to local community groups to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. Each session will have a different theme and song requests are very welcome. Some light snacks (fruit platter, finger food etc.) will be provided at each session. Stay tuned for theme announcements! We can't wait to move and shake with you on the dance floor!
