The Optimistic Leader: How to be more optimistic and spread that optimism to the people you care about.

Learn about the secrets of being an infectiously optimistic leader unlocking the optimism, innovation and energy of your team. Victor is the Author of the book "The Case for Optimism: The Optimists Voices" and asks people to find their own source of optimism for their mental and physical health and as the central attribute of good leadership.

Victor has delivered keynote speeches on this topic in Spain, India, New Zealand and Australia. His workshops on how to be more optimistic and how to be an infectiously optimistic leader have helped people in corporate retreats, schools, universities and prisons. Victor's life experience includes stints as Commissioner to the Americas, 18 years a parliamentarian, practice as a barrister, mediator, arbitrator, businessman and board service. He was Senior Engagement Adviser in the Australian G20 presidency supporting Australian leadership of the G20 Finance Ministers & Central Bank Governors & in the Brisbane G20 Leaders Summit described by the Prime Minister as "the most important gathering Australia has ever hosted."
