The Greater Shepparton City Council is pleased to introduce a new range of kerbside waste services for residents that will help our environment.
This booklet provides a comprehensive guide to the new waste services available to you (including collection days for your area), and provides practical information on how you can help the environment by reducing household waste.
a large proportion normal household waste consists of green organics including grass clippings and vegetable scraps. This material can be readily composted and converted into a valuable soil additive. Diverting this material from landfill also helps our environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
