Each clue will help you find an elf hiding near one of Greater Shepparton’s festive decorations or local shopping precincts.
3. Scan each elf’s code
When you spot an elf, open the app and scan their QR code to record your find.

Competition runs from Monday 1 December until 11.59pm on Monday 22 December 2025. Winner will be announced on Tuesday 20 January 2026, and announced via Council’s Facebook and Instagram stories.
