Join the Shepparton Showgrounds Advisory Committee

The Shepparton Showgrounds Advisory Committee’s purpose is to make recommendations to Council on their procedures, rules, conditions of use, future strategic planning and proposed capital works necessary for the proper management of Shepparton Showgrounds, and any specific issues which may arise from time to time.

Greater Shepparton City Council is calling for nominations from local residents for the Shepparton Showgrounds Advisory Committee.

The Shepparton Showgrounds Advisory Committee will continue to be made up of between 5 and 10 community representatives, and up to two Councillors. Community members will be appointed for a two year period with the Committee holding at least four meetings per annum.

Nominations for appointment to the Committee must be received prior to 5.00pm Tuesday 6 April, 2021.
