Liam Edwards rose through Shepparton’s cycling ranks to become a standout competitor.
Representing Victoria in road cycling from 2015, he claimed multiple titles including the 2017 Victorian Hill Climb and Time Trial Championships, and a gold medal at the Victorian Country Road Championships.
He earned the Tim Decker Rider of the Year award and competed internationally in the New Zealand Classic.
After a car accident led to a partial hand amputation, Liam transitioned to paracycling, winning the National Paracycling Road Race Championship.
His resilience and success make him the seventh cyclist honoured within the ranks of the Hall of Fame.
