James Nieuwenhuizen, 2025 Junior Honour Roll inductee, began his soccer journey with St. Brendan’s Under 6s and rose to international junior ranks with the Socceroos.

After standout performances with Shepparton Soccer Club and GV Suns, he represented Victoria and Vic Country, including a tour to Japan.

His talent earned him a place in Melbourne City’s Youth Academy, progressing to the senior team.

James represented Australia in the U20 squad, competing in Spain, Kuwait, and Uzbekistan.

While studying Law and Commerce at Monash, he continues to pursue his dream of playing in the World Cup. Shepparton proudly honours his achievements.
