"A Few Thousand Poppies Project" at Tatura War Memorial
On Thursday, November 9th 2017 we installed our “A Few Thousand Poppies Project” at The Tatura War Memorial, Mactier Garden, Hogan Street, Tatura.

The Tatura RSL Projects Committee started this project in April 2017.
4,322 felt, crocheted and knitted poppies form the wall. People from across the Goulburn Valley and well beyond donated the poppies.
On Remembrance Day, November 11th the Tatura RSL will unveil World War 1 plaques that recognise all those from the district who served overseas along with those who moved to the area after service.
“A Few Thousand Poppies Project” will be on display until next Thursday.
