Community Leadership Series Workshop 3 - Conflict Resolution & Communication

This session explores the preferences we each possess for communication patterns.
A key attribute in Leadership and High Performing Teams is the ability to recognise other's behavioural drivers and understand how to respond in an appropriate manner.
Incorporating the DISC system of personality preferences, this communication session will engage everyone in a stimulating, respectful and very enjoyable learning exercise.
