Plogging in the Park

Running is good for you. Picking up litter is good for the planet - why not do both? Join RiverConnect for this eco-friendly Plogging in the Park session. Plogging is a combination of jogging and picking up litter. It started as an organised activity in Sweden but has become a world-wide fitness craze. There is only two rules to plogging, collect as much as you can and throw away (or recycle) as appropriate.
