Each session is made up of 45 minutes of yoga, including a warm up, asana practice and a short meditation followed by a 30 minute health talk by local Naturopath Phil on topics ranging from digestion, sleep, memory, immune health and other health topics.
Age Group: 5-12,13-17,18+
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing, bring a drink bottle and remember to be sun smart
