Converge on the Goulburn

More than just a Festival, Converge on the Goulburn brings together Food, Culture and Performance from Shepparton’s Aboriginal and multicultural communities.

Enjoy traditional and contemporary music and performance, check out the vibrant marketplace with authentic craft, culture and visual arts.

Participate in interactive cultural workshops and activities and relax in the outdoor lounge featuring authentic foods cooked by local communities.

The closing celebration of the Shepparton Festival and the opening event of Cultural Diversity week will be a colourful, high energy, cultural community festa at Victoria Park Lake.

This free family event is alcohol free and an inclusive cultural celebration come along and enjoy sound, colour, movement and tastes.

People of all ages and backgrounds are invited to come together, share stories and proudly celebrate their many and diverse cultures.

Formerly known as the Emerge at Twilight Festival, this huge celebration of Shepparton’s Aboriginal and multicultural communities will a full lineup of music and dance, authentic cultural and culinary delights and interactive kids activities on the beautiful Victoria Park Lake.

This free family event will be an inclusive cross– cultural celebration that will bring the festival to a close with a cacophony of sound, colour, movement and tastes for your senses.
