Purpose
To break the cycle of poverty and disadvantage in our communities by delivering education, empowerment and support programs. Providing individual and systems advocacy on behalf of our clients to challenge the structural inequalities that exist within society.
About us
Shepparton Family and Financial Services is a holistic service which aims to provide emergency relief, financial counselling, help improving financial literacy and offers safe, affordable loans for those most at risk of financial exclusion and disadvantage. We have offices in Bendigo, Shepparton and Cobram.
Volunteer opportunities
- Pack and prepare the food and material aid parcels for our clients.
- General cleaning and organising.
- Answering phones and basic administration.
