Create, connect and try something new at Amplify Creative Hub.
This month, we’re exploring media and digital arts through hands-on workshops in graphic design and video content creation.
Whether you are completely new to creative work or already have ideas you want to build on, this is a relaxed space to learn skills, meet other young creatives and have a go.
No experience is needed.
July program
Graphic Design with Nathan James
Learn the basics of typography and colour in a hands-on workshop with local designer Nathan James. Explore how to choose fonts, combine colours and create designs that stand out. You will also receive practical handouts to keep building your skills after the session.
Creating Video Content with River Loizou
Learn how to create engaging video content with River Loizou, from planning your idea and filming footage through to simple editing tips. Pick up practical skills to help tell your story through video.
About Amplify Creative Hub
Amplify Creative Hub is a free youth-led program for young people aged 12 to 25 who are interested in music, arts and creative career pathways.
Delivered by Greater Shepparton City Council through its Amplify Youth Committee, with support from Goulburn Valley Libraries and the Victorian Government, Creative Hub is a safe and welcoming place to connect, learn new skills and explore your creativity.
Sessions run on the third Saturday of each month until November, with future themes including music, photography, digital arts, DJing, music production, multimedia and songwriting.
Upcoming sessions will be held on Saturday 22 August, Saturday 19 September, Saturday 17 October and Saturday 21 November 2026.
