Created for all fitness levels, it focuses on basic, gym movements, such as rowing, lunges, and carries, with three main formats that vary in running distance.

- DEKA FIT - SATURDAY
- 7:45am: Registration opens
- 11:30am - 12:30pm: Elite Heats
- 8:30am - 11:30pm: Age Group Heats (Ages 10+)
- 12:30pm - 1pm: Ruck Heat 12:30pm - 1pm
- 1pm - 4:30pm: Team Heats
- DEKA MILE - SUNDAY
- 6:30am: Registration opens
- 7:30am - 9:30am: Age Group Heats
