Created for all fitness levels, it focuses on basic, gym movements, such as rowing, lunges, and carries, with three main formats that vary in running distance.

- 11:30am - 12:30pm: Elite Heats
- 8:30am - 11:30pm: Age Group Heats (Ages 10+)
