Million Moves is a free national challenge encouraging Australians to move more each day and support their physical and mental wellbeing.
Every minute of movement counts as one move. You can walk, swim, stretch, exercise or choose any movement that works for you.

Aquamoves will host the national launch of Million Moves in Shepparton.
Join the launch and help us get Greater Shepparton moving.
Enjoy a free Tai Chi session and receive a free coffee when you show that you have registered for Million Moves.
