Help your child build confidence through movement with this fun and energetic session.

We’ll focus on running, jumping and throwing – great foundation skills for many sports.
Best suited to children aged 5–12.
Wear active clothes and runners. Bring a water bottle – and maybe a snack for after the session. No registration needed.
