Most independent retailers are leaving sales on the floor, not because of their product, but because of how their store works.

Led by Mon and Co Agency, this hands-on workshop will help retail shopfront owners read their store like a buyer does and turn everyday operational decisions into stronger sales.

What’s covered

  • How leadership, branding and customer archetypes shape your offer
  • How to use your floor space to drive margin
  • Building displays and layouts that sell harder, not just look better
  • In-store standards that support stronger commercial results
  • How planning can help optimise key selling seasons

You will leave with practical changes you can use straight away, without needing extra spend on stock or staff.

Before attending

Successful applicants will be required to complete at least 50 per cent of the online module before attending the in-person session.
