Greater Shepparton City Council is running a free careers workshop on Tuesday 17 March tailored to assist unemployed youth between the ages 12 to 24 to get a head start in beginning their career.
The workshop will include
Participants can learn how to make a great first impression with employers and how to make their cover letter and resume stand out from the crowd. They will be able to discover job skills they never knew they had and learn the tips needed to blitz interviews and emerge the successful applicant.
The workshop will be held on Tuesday 17 March 2015 from 11am – 3pm at the Youth Club Hall, Vaughan Street, Shepparton, behind the Safeway Plaza.
Lunch will be provided and transport to and from the workshop can be arranged. Please let us know at the time of booking whether you require transport.
