Greater Shepparton City Council would like to advise the community of change of traffic and temporary road closures for the Challenge Shepparton Triathlon on Sunday 12 November.
Road closures commence Sunday 12 November from 6am until 12.30pm.
Road closures will occur on the following roads:
Shepparton:
SOBRAON STREET: West of Wyndham Street
WELSFORD STREET: South of High Street
Mooroopna:
SHEPPARTON/ MOOROOPNA CAUSEWAY MILDAND HIGHWAY will be down to one lane in both directions from Fryers Street to Toolamba Road intersection in Mooroopna.
TOOLAMBA ROAD: Between Mooroopna and approximately Baulch Road
TOOLAMBA-RUSHWORTH ROAD: East of Toolamba Murchison Road
RUTHERFORD ROAD: South of Toolamba Rushworth Road
BITCON ROAD: East of Toolamba-Murchison Road
Signage will be in place to direct traffic and the detours will be in place.
Greater Shepparton City Council thanks residents for their patience while the event is being run. Council asks motorists to be aware of triathletes and to take care.
