Council’s offices will be closed to the public from 5pm on Thursday 5 August until 8.15am on Friday 13 August, or unless advised otherwise. Our Customer Service team will continue to assist you via:

Calling 5832 9700 Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 5:00pm
Emailing via council@shepparton.vic.gov.au
Submitting a request
Applications and payment of animal registration renewal payments, application payments, debtor recipient, infringements, licensing and rates payments via:
- 1300 181 761; or
- Council’s website; or
- Via BPay, Post Office or online banking
New animal registrations that do not require payment (ie, animals under 6 months of age) or that you are wanting to pay via cheque or money order, and Disabled Parking permit applications/renewals can be dropped into our after-hours chute and once processed we will contact you.
