In Summary
- Upcoming roadworks on Casey Street, Tatura will now take place in two stages from Monday 23 to Friday 27 June 2025.
- Stage 1 (23–26 June): Works between Fraser and Francis Streets — the road will remain open with traffic management in place from 7.30am to 5.30pm.
- Stage 2 (27 June): Works near the roundabout at Casey and Brown Streets — the road will be closed to through traffic, but pedestrian access will remain available.
- Road users are asked to follow signage and traffic controller directions; Council thanks the community for their patience during these essential works.
The roadworks will now be undertaken in two stages.
Stage 1:
- Asphalting works on Casey Street, between Fraser and Francis Streets, Tatura, will take place from Monday 23 to Thursday 26 June (See Stage 1 map below).
- The road will remain open during this time, however traffic management will be in place between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm.
Stage 2:
- Asphalting works near the roundabout of Casey and Brown Streets, Tatura on Friday 27 June (See Stage 2 map below).
- The construction area at Casey and Albert Streets will be closed while works are undertaken, with no through traffic permitted between the hours of 30am and 5.30pm. Pedestrian access to the surrounding footpaths will remain available during the works.
Road users and pedestrians are asked to observe all onsite signage and direction provided by traffic controllers.
