Greater Shepparton City Council is excited to announce that the Victoria Lake Caravan Park is now reopen with reduced capacity.
It has taken Council officers a huge amount of work to make the park ready for reopening after the devastating floods in October 2022.
All of the existing cabins have been removed, as they were severely damaged during the flood event, and major electrical works have been undertaken and will still be required into the future. The amenity blocks have also been refurbished ensuring they are ready to use, and look fresh and inviting once again.
The park will be available for RVs, caravans and camping, but due to the removal of ensuite facilities, the only availability for showers and toilets is inside the amenity blocks.
Visitors wanting to utilise the Caravan Park are encouraged to call Council to book a site. The Caravan Park is only a 15-minute walk from the CBD and has easy access to the extensive walking tracks around Shepparton and Aquamoves, making it the perfect location for visitors to the region.
For more information visit the Victoria Lake Caravan Park website, the Shepparton & Goulburn Valley website, or phone the Victoria Lake Caravan Park on (03) 5821 5431 for bookings.
