COVID-19 update on Council services and programs

Greater Shepparton City Council is monitoring and responding to State Government requirements in the management of the current COVID-19 outbreak.

As of close of business yesterday, Thursday 15 July 2021, the following arrangements came into effect. These arrangements are expected to stay in place until 11:59pm on Tuesday 20 July 2021, unless further direction is given by the State Government. Council’s offices will be closed to the public as of Friday 16 July until Wednesday 21 July, or unless advised otherwise. Our Customer Service team will continue to assist you via:

Calling 5832 9700 Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 5:00pm
Emailing via council@shepparton.vic.gov.au
Submitting a request via our website http://greatershepparton.com.au/council/contact
Applications and payment of animal registration renewal payments, application payments, debtor recipient, infringements, licensing and rates payments via:
- 1300 181 761; or
- Council’s website; or
- Via BPay, Post Office or online banking
New animal registrations that do not require payment (ie, animals under 6 months of age) or that you are wanting to pay via cheque or money order, and Disabled Parking permit applications/renewals can be dropped into our after-hours chute and once processed we will contact you.
