Free activities aimed at getting people outdoors and active are running in Tatura in the coming weeks.
Water Waves Aqua Aerobics and Cool Yoga will be held at the Tatura Swimming Complex on 23 and 30 November and 7 and 14 December.
Activities in the Park provides an opportunity for Greater Shepparton residents and visitors to participate in free and low cost activities outdoors in the many parks, playgrounds and outdoor pools across Greater Shepparton.

Aqua Aerobics is designed to cater for all fitness levels, abilities and ages and is a great cardio workout and low impact on your joints.
Cool Yoga facilitated by Smith Performance Solutions
23 and 30 November and 7 and 14 December
12.15pm-12.45pm
Combining mindfulness, vinyasa flow, breathing and mediation to create a wonderful renewal for a Wednesday afternoon.
Entry to pool cost: $3.50 (child) $4.80 (adult)
