Katandra West Primary School students recently took part in a competition to submit design ideas as part of Council's Town Entry Sign program.
The students each created a sign that includes concepts they believe to represent the town. The teachers selected the artworks with best ideas to be provided to the designer for ideas for the overall design.
Congratulations to all students on their fantastic ideas. The drawings and ideas were of a very high standard and provide great insight into the design of the signs.
Greater Shepparton Council will be at the General Store on Saturday 5 September between 8:30am - 11:30am with the winning designs from the Katandra West Primary School Town Entry Sign competition on display - drop by to see the great ideas submitted by local students!
Come and chat about what should be included in the sign and provide your insight into priorities for the Community Plan for the next 12 months.
Submit your ideas and get a free barista made coffee!
Contact Melinda on 5832 9805 or melinda.weston@shepparton.vic.gov.au for more info. Have your say in Katandra West!
