Greater Shepparton City Council is pleased to advise that tickets for the A-League pre-season friendly match between Melbourne Victory and the GV Suns, on Saturday 7 September 2024, are now available for purchase via TryBooking.
In Summary
It will be Melbourne Victory’s first encounter with Victoria’s highest ranked regional football club, facing the Suns at the region’s elite sports precinct, Shepparton Sports City. The match will also see Victory engage with local community sporting clubs as the country’s biggest football Club transcends on Greater Shepparton.
Greater Shepparton City Council Mayor, Cr Shane Sali, encouraged residents to purchase tickets early to avoid disappointment.
“To avoid missing out, or risk being in long queues, we invite our community to jump online and pre-purchase your tickets. Not only will this save you some time, the tickets online will be available for a lower cost than what they will be at the gate,” he said.
“With an expected crowd of an estimated 2,000 people, we are encouraging residents to car pool if possible and to give yourselves enough time to enter the gates so you can take it all in.”
The gates will open at 5.00pm with kick off at 6.30pm.
You can purchase your tickets at TryBooking here.
Ticket prices are as shown below.
