Resale Shop reopens at Shepparton Resource Recovery Centre

Greater Shepparton City Council will reopen the Resale Shop at the Shepparton Resource Recovery Centre on Wanganui Road from Monday 3 May.

The Resale Shop will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am until 2pm. Bookings must be made by calling Council for a 15-minute time slot, with limitations of three items per customer.

Greater Shepparton City Council Director Infrastructure Phil Hoare thanked everyone for their patience over the past year.

“It is great that we are now able to welcome people back to the Resale Shop. I’m sure many people will be eager to find a bargain or two after many households have completed their annual clean up around the house,” he said.

“It is a fabulous way to re-use and recycle household items that are no longer required, but are still valuable and beneficial to others and at a fraction of the cost.

“To ensure we maintain the safety of all visitors and staff we require anyone visiting the shop to have made an appointment prior to doing so.”
