Greater Shepparton City Council is commencing the removal of flood damaged cabins from the Victoria Lake Holiday Park on Monday 6 February.
Users of the Aquamoves car park are advised that the north bound lane opposite the Aquamoves entrance will be impacted with no parking available on the east side (right side) of the lane. This is to allow the trucks with the cabins to move through the area without impediment from parked cars.
The south bound lane should not be affected however drivers of large vehicles may be asked to park in the off road carparks around Aquamoves.
The area around the cabins will be fenced off while the contractor loads and removes the cabins in a safe manner. The removal of the cabins is expected to take two - three weeks subject to the weather.
Once the trucks leave the Holiday Park they will move along Tom Collins Drive and turn into Welsford Street then right into High Street and exit Shepparton via Benalla Road.
Please take note of traffic instructions, be aware of large vehicles in the area and ensure your vehicle is parked safely within the marked parking bays. Thank you for your patience while we conduct these works.
For further information, contact Greater Shepparton City Council on 5832 9700.
