- EV Chargers
- Insulation
- Home energy assessments
All installers and products are thoroughly vetted through a rigorous tender and assessment process. The program also provides clear information on available rebates and conducts random audits to ensure safety and service standards are upheld.
Greater Shepparton City Council Mayor, Councillor Shane Sali, said it’s a great opportunity for residents and businesses to make informed decisions.

Council’s Manager Environment, Sharon Terry, said the program is a valuable opportunity for the community to upgrade to energy-efficient technologies.
“The Goulburn Murray Solar Savers program offers reliable information on quality products, trusted suppliers, and available rebates. We believe this will assist more residents and businesses to transition to cost-effective, energy-saving solutions.”
Goulburn Murray Climate Alliance Executive Officer, Carole Hammond, explained that the program builds on the success of the metropolitan Solar Savers initiative.
“Our councils were researching what we could do to assist regional and rural residents, and Solar Savers was a logical fit. It is a tried and tested model which has been working for the residents of 19 metropolitan councils for a number of years.”
