X-ABITION Skate Park - Mooroopna

Mooroopna's Skate Park is located at Ferrari Park - McLennan Street Mooroopna.

The design of this skate park provides a unique facility to the Mooroopna area, something which is not found in any other location within the Council. The 6ft  closed bowl will provide a new experience and an enduring facility for those interested in this facility, it will cater for BMX and skaters alike as a stand alone item or as an integral part of the park if used as a whole.

The 3 to 5 to 8 stair combination with rail utilizes the elevation required for the construction of the bowl to add a challenging connection between the upper and lower levels. Adjacent to the Stairs is a ramp which creates a dynamic chute around and up the 1.5m quarter pipe extension, which in turn leads to a higher 1.8m extension, or back down towards the molded funbox and retuning back to the bowl.

For the beginners in Mooroopna there is the 0.3m ledge and ramp to the North of the bowl as well as the 0.2m high manual pad on the South side.
