What does it mean for traditional food and beverage businesses like SPC and Coca-Cola Amatil? Both have adapted for over 100 years – can they continue to adapt and what will it take? How will they support and be supported by the communities in which they operate?

Alison Watkins is Group Managing Director of Coca-Cola Amatil – one of Australia’s largest food and beverage manufacturers and proud owner of SPC – She was previously CEO of GrainCorp, with businesses including edible oils, flour milling and malt.

Each year Fairley Foundation partners with La Trobe University to present a free public lecture from a prominent Australian. We are delighted that Alison Watkins will present her lecture in Shepparton, the home of SPC, in the iconic organisation's centenary year, for what promises to be a wonderful evening of learning and celebration.
