Beginners Healthy Exercise for Over 50's
If you’re over 50 and think you’re past the point of getting any benefits from exercise, think again! Join Everfit by Louise for 45 minutes of gentle exercise to keep you fit and your bones strong. All exercise levels will be catered for with a focus on functional exercises, cardiovascular activities, flexibility, deep breathing and body awareness activities.
