Community Follow Your Rubbish Tour

Have you ever wondered what happens to the rubbish in your kerbside bins once it's been taken away by the garbage truck? Do you know how to recycle old items from the house or shed? Or why it’s important to keep garden and food waste out of landfill?

Sign up to join Council’s Waste Education Officer on a Follow Your Rubbish Tour of Cosgrove Landfill, Western Composting and the Shepparton Resource Recovery Centre, and learn about the many ways Council and our contractors manage the waste created in the community.

Please bring water and wear closed-in shoes. Morning tea will be provided.
