Community Leadership Workshop - Project Management
This unique session will explore the five stages of project management – scoping, planning, promotion, delivery and evaluation.

Participants will gain practical skills and strategies through interactive activities that explore these stages.
There will also be the opportunity to learn about good governance practices, grant opportunities and processes, as well as an introduction to how to start a social enterprise project.
