Parkour is a non-competitive discipline of movement that focuses on efficient movement through any terrain; running jumping, climbing, vaulting, and rolling to overcome any obstacles. Parkour training has a focus on health and longevity, and in these classes you’ll learn to land and move safely, and to condition and strengthen your body. Come along and learn to look at the parks of Greater Shepparton in a new way, and to jump, climb and crawl over walls, fences, playgrounds and trees. These classes are perfect for the beginner, and all our training can be scaled to any level of confidence and experience. Parkour is a great way to challenge your body and mind, learn new skills and make new friends.
