A true inspiring story of a 10 year old girl Phiona living in the slum of
Katwe, Uganda. Through chess that is taught by a missionary, she learns that the game teaches you how to make a plan and that sometimes the place you are used to, is not the place you belong, you belong where you believe you belong – Where is that for you?
Guest speaker Lorraine Ngwenya “Do what you can, where you are, with what you have.”
Lorraine is an inspiring young woman who is committed to helping young
people discover their true potential. With an entrepreneurial spirit
Lorraine founded Useful Link, an organisation that bridges the gap between youth and key stakeholders who most affect their future.
